Kendra Wilson-Clements
Kendra Wilson-Clements (Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma) is the Founder and President of Culture Hub. Her work is rooted in creating safe spaces where urban Indigenous relatives can reconnect with culture, community, and creativity. Shaped by lived experience and ancestral responsibility, her leadership centers care, access, and belonging. Through Culture Hub, she is helping build a future where Indigenous communities don’t just heal—they thrive.

Jarica Walsh
Jarica Walsh (Osage) is an arts leader dedicated to building sustainable systems that support artists and creative communities. Through her work at Oklahoma Arts Council, she helps shape public art and arts infrastructure across the state. Her leadership emphasizes collaboration, stewardship, and long-term thinking. At Culture Hub, she supports building structures that allow Indigenous artists and cultural leaders to flourish.

Board MemberSarah Adams
Sarah Adams (Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma) brings a deep commitment to joy, reciprocity, and relational care to her work in the community. As a co-founder of Matriarch and Cousins, she helps create spaces where culture is practiced through connection, creativity, and shared responsibility. She believes joy is not a luxury — it’s a foundation for resilience and collective wellbeing. Through Culture Hub, she helps cultivate spaces where community can gather, grow, and feel at home.
Board MemberYatika Starr Fields
Yatika Starr Fields (Cherokee, Creek, Osage) is a painter and muralist based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is an experienced artist, athlete, and advocate whose works have been showcased across the United States and Europe. Yatika’s work focuses on Indigenous voices, including representation, participation, and advocacy in urban and outdoor spaces. Through Culture Hub, he hopes to promote healing and creativity through the arts.
Russ Tallchief
Russ Tallchief (Osage) is a communications leader and storyteller committed to uplifting Indigenous voices. Through his work in media and performance, he believes storytelling is essential to cultural survival and community strength. Russ values collaboration, listening, and creating spaces for youth voices to be heard. At Culture Hub, he supports building a cultural home where stories, creativity, and community can flourish.

Lauren Palmer
Lauren Palmer (Gullah, Malagasy, Choctaw, Mexican) is a floral designer, heirloom beadwork artist, educator, and community archivist. Her work lives at the intersection of art, ancestry, and community care. She sees creativity as a form of relational medicine—something that nurtures connection, memory, and healing. Through Culture Hub, she helps foster spaces where culture, creativity, and belonging grow together.

Angela P. Startz (Inupiaq) works at the intersection of media, storytelling, and Indigenous representation. Her work centers narrative sovereignty—ensuring Indigenous stories are told with care, agency, and integrity. As an urban Native relative, she values spaces where reconnection, learning, and belonging are welcomed. Through Culture Hub, she helps strengthen spaces where community voices can grow and thrive.

Amanda Weathers is an artist, flower farmer, and florist based in Oklahoma City and a member of the Chamorro community. Her work is rooted in the belief that creativity, community, and service to others are deeply connected. Whether she’s painting, planting seeds, or arranging flowers, Amanda sees creativity as a way of thinking that shapes how we care for the world around us. Through her leadership, she hopes to help cultivate a future where artists can thrive in sustainable environments.

Alex Adams (Choctaw) is an artist and advocate committed to creating safe spaces for Indigenous youth and community members. Their work with Indigenous 2SLGBTQ+ youth reflects a deep dedication to care, creativity, and belonging. Alex sees Culture Hub as a place that protects spirit while nurturing connection and growth. Through their leadership, they help build spaces where community can show up fully and be supported.
